An A+ record is the BBB’s certification that a business has little or no complaints. It also rates whether a business adheres to all BBB accreditation standards on an ongoing basis. The BBB also monitors complaints about misleading or questionable advertising practices.

NARI Certified

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) certification is a coveted designation earned by top companies in our field.

NARI certification is a challenging process, requiring extensive knowledge of the industry and a commitment to professional conduct. Even highly experienced and skilled remodelers find the screening and testing process formidable.

Here is what we did to earn this certification:

At Hardy & Jensen Window & Door Store, we subjected our work and past professional conduct to the scrutiny of NARI’s Certification Board. We detailed our hands-on experience, industry training, involvement in continuing education, technical skills, practices in business management, as well as association and community service. These areas passed the stringent review of the NARI board.

We did an intensive study on a broad range of critical industry issues, and we spent weeks of study preparing for the rigorous one-day written exam.

The written exam is comprehensive and covers critical subject areas such as sound business management practices, knowledge of building code and construction law, plans and specifications, proper and safe use of tools and equipment, safety, standards of practice, math, and several special skill areas.

We also continue to meet their annual recertification requirements involving continuing education and participation in industry related programs.
